Beast Lairz is a resource building in Total War: Warhammer available to Greenskins in cities with pastures or furs.

Background
In the dankest parts of the forests or the Badlands lurk beasts that hunt gobbos. These creatures are mostly hunted, in turn, by the Orcs who - if they can't fight each other or da other zoggin' gits - be they stuntie or humie - will scrap with the native fauna for food, for teef and for furs and hides.
Effects
- Upkeep: -3% for Boar, Wolf and Spider Rider units (all armies)
- Recruitment cost: -20% for Boar, Wolf, and Spider Rider unit recruits
- Recruit rank: +1 for Boar, Wolf and Spider Rider units
