Blood for the Blood God III is a paid DLC pack that released on 3 August 2022 alongside Immortal Empires and the Champions of Chaos DLC for Total War: Warhammer III.
The name refers to the famous war cry of those who worship the Chaos God Khorne: "Blood for the Blood God, skulls for the Skull Throne!"

The pack adds various blood, gore and dismemberment effects to battles in the game. These effects can be turned on or off via the graphics options.
Additionally, it adds several sliders to the game settings with which the player can adjust the intensity of the added visuals.
