With this item equipped and all eight volumes of the Burning Book of Khorne owned, a unique event will trigger on the following turn- Diplomatic relations: -200 with all factions

- Khorne corruption: +50 (all provinces)
- Attribute: Rampage!
- This item cannot be removed the same turn it is equipped
