Captain Drekla is a 
Vampire Coast follower ancillary introduced in Total War: Warhammer II with Curse of the Vampire Coast unique to Luthor Harkon.
This ancillary has no requirements and comes automatically equipped on Luthor Harkon however, it can be equipped on other Lord characters.
Description[]
The right hand of Luthor Harkon, which is somewhat ironic, since he lost his own left hand following the Vampire Admiral into battle.
