In-game description[ | ]

A Dwarf trade caravan is ringed by Goblin Wolf Raiders. A stalemate has developed, but the foe refuses to relent. Such a local affray should be dealt with by the local Lord, but your intervention could speed things up.

Requirements[ | ]

  • Player is a Dwarfs Karaz-a-Karak racial faction
  • There is at least one other Dwarfs Karaz-a-Karak racial faction in the game

Trigger timing[ | ]

  • As soon as all requirements are met there is a random chance the dilemma will trigger immediately.

Options[ | ]

Option 1: Smash the enemy[ | ]

  • Raid Prevented Public order
    • Turns remainingCampaign turns: 3
    • Leadership Morale: +5 (all armies)
    • Public order Public order: -3 (all provinces)

The warriors are relieved, but the populace has been left in disarray.

No Dwarf folk should be left in peril. It may upset the balance of local politics to do this before the resident Lord calls the clans, but the grobi must be broken.

Option 2: You're on your own[ | ]

  • The Raid Remains Public order
    • Turns remainingCampaign turns: 3
    • Leadership Morale: -5 (all armies)
    • Public order Public order: +3 (all provinces)

The local citizenry can deal with the raid, leaving the hierarchy intact.

Clan politics in the region are complicated. Interfering in the local issue could unbalance the situation. Let them sort it out themselves.
