This ancillary can be acquired with the Tower of Zharr mechanic by holding the Preceptor seat (possible reward).
Description[]
This captain of the Infernal Guard is especially cruel, being obsessed with drilling his recruits until they are exhausted, and sometimes even death for those not up to the job.
