Champions of Chaos is a paid DLC Lord pack for Total War: Warhammer III. It released on 23 August 2022 alongside Immortal Empires, Blood for the Blood God III and a 
Warriors of Chaos rework.
The pack added four new Warriors of Chaos factions, each led by their own legendary lord. It also added new units and Regiments of Renown.
The pack is totally independent of the Chaos Warriors Race Pack, you don't need to own one, to buy the other.

Some units from this DLC have been added to the unit roster of other races that are not part of the main three of the DLC:
Khorne, Nurgle, Slaanesh and Tzeentch gain access to most of their respective aligned units in the DLC, and gain access to the legendary lords in multiplayer.- Daemons of Chaos gain access to a part of the roster added by this DLC: the Regiments of Renown, all Chaos Warshrines aside from the Undivided one, Marauders of Khorne (Dual Weapons), Marauders of Tzeentch (Spears), Marauders of Nurgle, Forsaken of Khorne, Forsaken of Slaanesh, and Marauder Horsemen of Slaanesh.
