Chaos Dwarf Outpost is a 
Chaos Dwarfs outpost building introduced in Total War: Warhammer III with Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs, only available in cities of allies through the War coordination mechanic.
They may not know it yet, but one day these allies of the Dawi-Zharr will rue the day they let them build on their land.

Provides allied recruitment of a selection of units from the faction's local recruitment- Allied recruitment is expensive outside of friendly territory
