Enchanted Item introduced in Total War: Warhammer II. It is unique to the 
High Elves.

The Asur take beards from defeated Dwarfs. The hair has been woven into a cloak guaranteed to enrage any Dwarf that sees it.

Leadership: +4 when fighting against Dwarfs- Attribute: Causes Fear
- Attribute: Causes Terror

Despite appearing as a Rare item ingame, the Cloak of Beards is assigned like a Common item in the script that distributes magic items post-battle.
