Contempt is an attribute introduced in Total War: Warhammer III with Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs. A unit with this attribute does not suffer leadership penalties when an allied unit 
routs unless it also has the Contempt attribute. In addition, Contempt units will enable the 
Malign Authority ability when in range of units that have that ability.
This attribute is available only to 
Chaos Dwarfs and 
Nurgle.

Witnessing other friendly units rout will only affect this unit's 
leadership if they also have the Contempt attribute.
