Background[]
Like the Chaos Dwarfs, the Dark Elves sometimes take Greenskins as slaves, and as with the Chaos Dwarfs, it has sometimes backfired spectacularly. Violent and largely impervious to pain, Orcs are hard to control even by their own bosses, and the slightest lapse in concentration by a taskmaster provides them an opportunity to riot and break free into the vast, untamed wilds of Naggaroth.
Such escapees proliferate quickly, as Greenskins tend to, forming scattered tribes that have become a huge nuisance to their former masters. Orcs have dealt far more damage to the Druchii than they ever provided them in value, and the elves are now resolved to killing them on sight.

The faction leader, Sporctacus, is referenced in a Heralds of Ariel random event. He himself is a reference to the gladiator Spartacus that led a slave uprising against the Roman Republic in 1st Century BC. Canonically the Skaven have a similar figure, Skabbicus.
