Description[ | ]
Tales from the Liber Malefic tell how once-great warriors, consumed by their desires and temptations, literally transformed in front of others. At the moment of these startling alterations, skin fell from muscle, bone reshaped, wings and horns sprouted, and all manner of foul appendages surfaced. Slaanesh had elevated them to become creatures as perverse as any of His Greater Daemons: Daemon Princes, with physical traits similar to the other Ruinous Masters’ equivalents but lither and far more graceful in their actions. They are always at the forefront of the Dark Prince’s hordes, whipping troops into the lust of battle, caressing senses with words, and tearing through flesh with masterful strikes.
Attributes[ | ]
Daemon Prince
- ▲ Daemon Prince: A Daemon Prince is gifted with ruinous powers by the Chaos Gods to twist and shape him into the true form of Chaos.
- ▲ Spellcaster: This unit can cast spells.
- ▲ Armour-Piercing: The damage of
armour-piercing weapons mostly ignores the armour of the target, making them the ideal choice against heavily-armoured enemies. They are often heavier and attack at a slower rate though, making them less efficient against poorly-armoured targets.
- ▲ Soporific Musk: The attacks of this unit reduce the enemy into a stupor, lowering their ability to attack and defend themselves.

The Daemon Prince requires similar logistics to an Exalted Keeper of Secrets to produce. Relative to the Keeper, the Daemon Prince offers a flying unit which can excel on walled or chokepoint maps, or hunting evasive flying lords like mounted spellcasters. The selection of spells is a good lineup of shadow and Slaanesh lores. Finally, the Daemon Prince offers better red line buffs to non-demonic infantry like Chaos Warriors and Chosen, while the buffs to demonic infantry are stronger on the Keeper.
