Warriors of Chaos item active ability unique to Valkia the Bloody from the 
Daemonshield. It is also available to 
Khorne in multiplayer.
Ever since the Daemon Prince Locephax angered the Gorequeen, his horned head and hypnotic eyes have adorned her shield.
