Dick Half-Mast is a 
Vampire Coast Unique Lord unit introduced in Total War: Warhammer II with Curse of the Vampire Coast, available in campaign only.
Previously it was just a random name in the name pool of the faction that could be used for any polearm lord in the race. But since Patch 6.1 he has a unique trait whenever a lord spawns with this name.

- Select any Settlement or Lord that has access to Shipbuilding and recruit him in the Lord Recruit tab if he's in the lord recruit pool
Attributes[]
Wizard- ▲ Spellcaster: This unit can cast spells.
- ▲ Armour-Piercing Melee: The damage of armour-piercing weapons mostly ignores the armour of the target, making them the ideal choice against heavily-armoured enemies. They are often heavier and attack at a slower rate though, making them less efficient against poorly-armoured targets.
- ▲ Anti-Large: Anti-Large: Anti-large units have an advantage against targets that are at least as large as a horse. This advantage can be a damage bonus against large targets or an attack that focuses on a very small area. However, some units are simply better against large targets because their attacks are slow and easy to dodge by skilled melee combatants.
- ▲ Aquatic: Where other units of small stature struggle to fight and move in shallow water, Aquatic units excel.

Apparently, the "Construction time" stacks, so if you have 2 Dick Half-Mast in a province, you'll be able to reduce the construction time by 1 turn. You can Save this character to easier get them in other Vampire Coast's campaigns.
Trivia[]
- Dick Half-Mast used to be just a random name in the name pool for the Vampire Coast. He popped up for many years in memes on the Total War subreddit since release of the DLC. These posts often got a large number of upvotes when coinciding with a dip in the content releases from CA. These dips were usually caused by the dying down of posts about the last released DLC and speculation about the next one, thus getting more views and traffic.
This created its own meme, where it was said that when Dick Half-Mast posts appeared on the reddit, it was nearly time for the next content/DLC release. As of 2025, he is mainly a meme for trying to summon the next DLC, spurring Creative Assembly into publishing it. This in turn has resulted in the unique trait added with Patch 6.1.
