Dolgan is a minor 
Norsca faction in Immortal Empires. It is located in the Northern Chaos Wastes and is led by Kharon of the Gorehunt. In The Realm of Chaos, it starts in Kislev as an early opponent for Tzarina Katarin.
Background[]
The Dolgans are one of the largest and most powerful of all the nations of the Kurgan peoples, renowned for their fractious nature and insular hatred of other Northmen, for such is their location at the very borders of the civilised lands that it puts them in conflicts with marauding Chaos armies seeking to plunder the lands of the Old World for wealth, glory and sacrifices, killing anyone that stands in their way, whether they be civilised men or their fellow barbarian. During Archaon's ascension as the Everchosen, the Dolgan were lead by a gypsy queen who cursed the enemies of the tribe with misfortune and used an army of inbred lover-marauders to challenge Archaon. They were defeated and large swaths of the tribe joined the dark templar in his quest.
Like all Kurgan, the Dolgan are horsemen and raiders par excellence, raiding and pillaging the lands of their neighbouring tribes or heading south towards the lands of Kislev, coming either as immigrants or invaders. Indeed, such is their close proximity to the fertile lands of Kislev and their common customs and traditions with their Kislevite cousins the Gospodar and Ungols, that the Dolgans straddle the fine line between civilised men and vicious barbarians. Indeed, whilst the northern Dolgan may appear more barbaric and primitive, the southern Dolgan are much more civilised and have since come to inhabit a significant number of Kislevite cities.

Dolgan start in the unusual and unfortunate position of being at war with Tamurkhan and Kholek at the same time. For Kholek, they are your standard Norscan welcome package every Warriors of Chaos faction gets given - they should be confederated immediately so you can concentrate on wiping out Tusked Sunz and preparing for war with Grimgor. For Tamurkhan, being at war with them necessarily means being at war with Kholek. You need to wipe them out and take Floating Mountain as efficiently as you can, because Kholek will move up rapidly to support them and his starting army is no joke. They can be respawned at Floating Mountain if need be.

- Before Update 4.0, the Dolgan used to share their symbol with the Graeling.
- Canonically, the Dolgan tribes under Sayl the Faithless were the first opponent Tamurkhan faced and forced into allegiance after his victory at Zanbaijin.
