disambig Dragons in Warhammer Fantasy are large, flying, reptilian monsters. Most have four legs, two wings and fiery/corrosive breath, however some eastern dragons lack wings. In Total War: Warhammer, dragons were introduced as large flying monster units that cause terror, and can be character mounts in some cases. In Total War: Warhammer II, new dragon units/mounts were added, and all dragons received breath attacks as active abilities in battle. Many other things in the Total War: Warhammer series also have "Dragon" in their name. ==Dragon units and mounts== Introduced in Total War: Warhammer: * Zombie Dragon * Chaos Dragon * Forest Dragon * Forest Dragon (mount) * Chaos Frost Dragon * The Cold-Voider (Chaos Frost Dragon) Introduced in Total War: Warhammer II: * Black Dragon * Black Dragon (mount) * Sun Dragon * Sun Dragon (mount) * Moon Dragon * Moon Dragon (mount) * Star Dragon * Star Dragon (mount) *Seraphon (mount, Malekith) *Minaithnir (mount, Imrik) *Maelstrom (mount, Lokhir Fellheart) *Bracchus (mount, Rakarth) *Ceithin-Har (mount, Sisters of Twilight) *Gordinar, Champion of the Flame *Shackolot the Calamity *Bruwor, Protector of Life *Lamoureux the Frozen Breath *Ymwrath the Eternal Introduced in Total War: Warhammer III: * Miao Ying, the Storm Dragon * Zhao Ming, the Iron Dragon * Yuan Bo, the Jade Dragon Confirmed but not yet introduced in Total War: Warhammer III: * Xen Yang, The Celestial Dragon Emperor * Quai Yin, The Moon Empress * Li Dao, the Fire Dragon * Yin-Yin, the Sea Dragon * Shiyama, the Spirit Dragon * Shen-Zoo ==Other related articles== ===Units=== * Dragon Ogres * Dragon Ogre Shaggoth * Dragon Princes * Wyvern - a mount for the Greenskins which is not a dragon, despite some similarities * Dragon-Blooded Shugengan Lord - distant human descendants of the half-dragon offspring of the Cathayan Dragons * Great Longma Riders - their scaly, winged mounts are said to share the blood of dragons ** Jade Longma * Frost Wyrm - an icy, flightless, dragon-like creature from beneath the tundras **Frost Wyrm (mount) ===Items=== * Dragon Armour of Aenarion * Dragon Cloak of Fyrskar * Dragonhorn * Dragon Slayer's Axe (see The Forge) * Dragon Slayer's Boots (see The Forge) * Dragon Slayer's Fang (see The Forge) * Dragon Slayer's Scales (see The Forge) ===Banners and Followers=== * Banner of the World Dragon * Dragon Armourer * Caledorian Dragon Rouser ===Locations and Battles=== * The Dragon Isles * Ancient Dragon Cave ** Ancient Dragon Cave and the Dead ** Battle of the Ancient Dragon Cave * Grand Cathay ===Buildings=== * Dragon ogre gathering * Dragon Tower * Dragon's Lair * Dragon Keep * Longma Paddocks
