Electoral Machinations a gameplay mechanic for The Empire unique to Reikland, added in Update 5.0.

As Reikland, the player can spend Prestige to enact powerful actions that grant various buffs.

Overview[]

Enact Emperor's Decrees and arrange Diplomatic Talks as means to unite and protect the Empire with Electoral Machinations by spending Prestige. Prestige can be obtained by automatically gaining them depends on fealty levels of other Elector Counts factions (the higher the fealty, the more prestige you earn) and after battles. You can upgrade Emperor's Decrees in the tech-tree to even earn more powerful benefits.

Diplomatic Talks[]

Similar to the High Elves's Intrigue at the Court, Reikland can also do similar diplomatic manipulations between various factions. At first, the player can only manipulate between Empire factions but later on, they can also manipulate mostly Order-tide factions after researching "Conclave of Light" in the technology tree.
