Khorne desires war and Exiles of Khorne share additional diplomatic debuffs with other Khorne factions. (See main article: Khorne)
Most factions have an incredibly strong Aversion to Daemonic factions, which will often result in wars being declared on you by forces of Order. This is mostly unimportant, as you were probably going to kill them all and claim their skulls for the Skull Throne anyways.

Strategy[]
The Exiles of Khorne, much like the Western Provinces, are a good faction for beginners in The Realms of Chaos campaign. Whereas The Western Provinces have a balanced army and great wealth potential, the Exiles of Khorne have an excellent Legendary Lord in the form of Skarbrand the Exiled and a straightforward yet surprisingly powerful melee-based army. They also enjoy a fairly good starting position and simple but powerful mechanics, particularly skulls and blood hosts.
Skulls are gained from fighting battles (regardless of outcome), reaping settlements (razing them for skulls), collecting skull piles, and income from certain buildings or cults. Skulls are spent on taking over settlements, activating the skull throne, and researching technologies. ļæ¼
Blood Hosts spawn upon razing a settlement with Blood Rites. These armies can't replenish but can deal additional damage to the enemy. However, if they don't have any battles in a certain number of turns, they'll suffer attrition.
The roster of the Exiles of Khorne, much like the other Khorne factions, emphasizes melee combat, with no spellcasters and few ranged units. Their basic mainline troops, the Bloodletters of Khorne and Chaos Warriors of Khorne, complement well together. The Chaos Warriors can absorb the shock of an enemy charge while the Bloodletters devastate the enemy's flank.
