Feasting On The Smallfolk is an exclusive dilemma 
for the Vampire Counts 
racial factions introduced in Total War: Warhammer.
This lesser than two evils principle forces the player to chose, either a minor penalty to the diplomatic relations 
with a Vampire Counts racial faction or a factionwide albeit temporary minor public order 
penalty.
In-game description
A Vampire within your dominion is needlessly feasting on the peasantry. They die in horror, in their hamlets, leaving their pathetic farms unattended. If mortals become so fatalistic then we risk an uprising. The terror must be balanced.
Requirements
- Player is a Vampire Counts
racial faction
Trigger timing
- As soon as all requirements are met there is a random chance chance the dilemma will trigger immediately.
Options
Option 1: Take her lands
- Diplomatic relations : -5 with < Vampire Counts racial faction >
She has proven an unworthy landlord. Take her lands and give them to another sire.
Option 2: Leave her be
- Smallfolk
- Turns remaining : 3
- Public order : -4 (all provinces)
- Turns remaining
The peasants are scared of the feasting.
The smallfolk are there to be culled and snacked upon. It is our right! If the mortals dare to rebel then let us deal with it then.
