Foolish Vainglory is a generic dilemma 
available to all racial factions introduced in Total War: Warhammer.
It enables the player to chose a temporary
factionwide bonus 
, either a minor leadership 
bonus for all armies or a major unit recruitment cost 
reduction.
In-game description
They say you revel in victory. They say you spend more time erecting monuments to battles past than managing them realm. They say you are a fool.
Requirements
- None.
Trigger timing
- As soon as all requirements are met there is a random chance chance the dilemma will trigger immediately.

Option 1: We'll see who is the fool!
