A monstrously colossal river troll, the River Troll Hag is both rapaciously hungry and all but impossible to kill. As well as being far more clever and dangerous than her kin, she is possessed not only of malign cunning but innate arcane power drawn from the foetid rivers and swamps in which she dwells. The Hag can pulverise her victims with her Deadwood Staff or spray great gouts of corrosive vomit over them, condemning them to a horrific and agonising death.
- Slimy Shanks: River Trolls gain benefits when fighting in their natural watery habitat - and the wretched smell of river detritus that surrounds them weakens nearby enemies.
- ↓ Poor Leadership: This unit suffers from poor leadership and will easily rout. Keep its flanks secure and your Lord or other encouraging units nearby.
- ↑ Regeneration: Regeneration allows a unit to heal while in battle. Fire is known to harm this healing process, so be warned that flaming attacks will cause more damage to units with Regeneration.
- ↑ Aquatic: Where other units of small stature struggle to fight and move in shallow water, Aquatic units excel.
Giant River Troll Hag is a valuable addition to the Greenskin roster. She brings the lore of death which is not available outside of Azhag the Slaughterer. She also regenerates, is tanky, and hits decently hard (without armour piercing). This makes her a slow but tanky spellcaster that is harder to take out compared to a Orc Shaman. Mither is also a powerful ability for debuffing key enemy units. She is still vulnerable to heavy missile fire, fire damage, and low Leadership (her leadership is on par with an Orc Shaman and better than a Night Goblin Shaman, notably)
