Gorger Cave is an 
Ogre Kingdoms basic military building introduced in Total War: Warhammer III with Ogre Kingdoms (DLC). This building can only be constructed in Ogre Camps.
This boulder-blocked cave is where the mewling scrawny baby Ogres are left to fend for themselves. They will be taken in by the Gorgers.
