The Great Drill of Hashut is a unique campaign mechanic for the 
Chaos Dwarfs available only in the The Realm of Chaos campaign.
Overview[]
The Great Drill of Hashut narrative goal for the Chaos Dwarfs as they use the drill to obtain the mysterious and rare substance known as the Blood of Hashut.
1. Upgrading the Drill[]
The first step to advance in the campaign is by first upgrading the Giant Conveyor landmark building in your capital to the High-Powered Drill Assembly Line. This is achieved by getting the 
Raw Materials needed to buy the building.
Once built a reward will be given:
Drilling Advancements 5
- Raw Materials output: +10% (factionwide)
- Unlocks the next stage towards campaign victory
2. Ancestor Relic Locations[]
After upgrading the Drill building, the next step is obtaining the location of the Relics. To do this, a quest battle: Sacrifice & Revelations will spawn near the player's capital which can walked to but it can also be teleported to. Simply win the quest battle to complete this part.
Once the quest battle is completed a reward will be given:
- Ancestor Relic Locations 10
- Diplomatic relations: -25 with Dwarfs
- Leadership: +6 when fighting againsts Dwarfs (all armies)
- Double experience gain for units when fighting against Dwarfs (all armies)
- Unlocks the next stage towards campaign victory
- Labour: 300
3. Relic Hunting[]
After completing Sacrifice & Revelations, the locations of the Ancestors Relics will be shown in the world map in the Drill. There are total of 8 relics divided into 2 groups; Major and Lesser. To complete this step 4 Ancestors relics must be used on the Drill however, the player can claim some of these relics for themselves granting them powerful items (a maximum of 4 relics).
