Ivory Road is a province introduced in Total War: Warhammer III.
Background[]
Ever since he ate his father to become tyrant of the Goldtooth tribe, Greasus Goldtooth has laid claim to this patch of the Mountains of Mourn. His stroke of genius was to offer protection to the caravans of Cathay moving through the area - for a price, of course. Ever since then caravans departing Shang-Yang cross through the mountains here, lending the region its name and making Greasus's claim to being the richest and most powerful ogre over-tyrant in the world credible.
For all his wealth Greasus must always contend with rival ogre clans aiming to cut him down to size however, to say nothing of the ever-present threat of Greenskins to the north and west.
