Strategy[]
An average fighter, Ketzak also brings Lore of Shadows to Nurgle's table, which has some decent synergies. Melkoth lowers enemy speed, which is extremely useful for Nurgle, and lowering leadership and armour through The Withering is also pretty handy. The fact he hands Replenishment to a lot of the Norsca mercenary troops, and has the godly Replenish Troops passive himself, further cements him as a very useful support hero specifically embedded in an army carrying the aforementioned Norscan units.
As an enemy, he's not likely to be in Tamurkhan's army as the AI seems to prioritise unlocking other heroes first, but if he is the fact he has no mount makes him very easy to take out, and unless he's been levelled so that he can constantly cast Pit of Shades he should be given minor priority.
Trivia[]
Ketzak Fimdirach is a reference to the Kwisatz Haderach from Frank Herbert's Dune.
