Kostaltyn is a Kislev Legendary Lord introduced in Total War: Warhammer III.
In the campaign, he leads the <unknown name> faction.
Description
Kostaltyn is the Supreme Patriarch of the Cult of Ursun and leader of the Great Orthodoxy. It is presumably a state-sponsored organised religion in Kislev, promoting worship of the bear-god Ursun and possibly other gods.
