== Strategy == {{Strategy}} A strange defensive-oriented niche Lore of Magic, needless to say. This Lore of Magic lacks the capabilities to deal damage, having only one spell that deals damage that isn't even a bombardment, compensating it by having debuffs/buffs spells instead. '''Ladrielle's Shroud''' is best used on your elite units that have been in sustained combat for extended periods of time. '''Mathlann's Spite''' is best used on encroaching elite infantry/cavalry units, though, there's nothing wrong with using it on an enemy's Lord, especially if you can snipe them with your deadly Archers/Sisters of Averlorn. '''Flensing Hsaar''' is rather buggy and might not even spread to nearby units. '''Walk Between Worlds''' allow your infantry or cavalry to push the enemy, especially under the pressure of non-magical damage ranged units. Attack your local Shades/Darkshards today with this spell. '''The Writhing Mist''' is a weird niche spell. It can be used if your ranged unit is targeted by an enemy's ranged units, and you'd want to use it in a way so that both your unit and the enemies are affected by the spell but why would your ranged unit be in melee range unless you're using it on Shadow Warriors and/or Shadow-walkers. '''Mistress of the Deep''' should be used when your ranged unit is flanked as it can bog down whatever cavalry unit that needs to be distracted for your ranged units to make a quick getaway but if there's no flanking threats, you can just drop it on enemy's ranged units/artillery to rout them. While Lore of Mists bring many useful buffs/debuffs to the battles that can sure turn tides of conflict, it lacks the offensive/healing capabilities that other Lore of Magic has, which being High Elves, there is no lacking of choices that can be more impactful in battles such as the offensive capabilities of Lore of Fire or the ability to heal of Lore of Life/High Magic,... Sadly, this Lore of Magic is tied with a Hero that can increase campaign movement range, making it a "must-have" in your army.
