Pretty much punching bag of a faction for Masters of Innovation. You can pretty much win the first battles against this faction with the ability to call upon The Spirit of Grungi (and it's Spear of Grungi ability that can deal devasting damage) while using Malakai, Gotrek and Felix to stall the frontlines while placing the cannons further in the back to destroy the large units in the first battle. It's possibly even winnable without the help of your infantry units, so if you want to ensure no damage loses their models, you can just place them in the forests nearby, only using ranged units once it's safe to wipe out whatever is remaining. After defeating this faction, it's recommended that you turn your attention towards the nearby Clan Moulder to get some early grudges dealt with along with contributing towards the Great Book of Grudges (while praying that Clan Angrund effectively deals with Clan Skryre since they're the closest).

For some reasons the AI of Masters of Innovation takes quite a while to defeat this faction, so if you're playing as The Great Orthodoxy, you can occupy the final settlement that the AI is quite slow to occupy, pretty sure it's called Lair of the Troll King then sell it to Malakai for some extra money.
