Weapon introduced in the Curse of the Vampire Coast DLC for Total War: Warhammer II.
It is available to all races.
In Total War: Warhammer III, this item is exclusive to the 
Vampire Coast, as was presumably intended from the beginning.

This eastern pirate blade, unmatched in its lethal sharpness, imbues its new owner with a portion of its previous wielder's power and skill.

Trivia[]
The weapon is named after Date Masamune, a warlord from the Sengoku Civil War in late mediaeval Japan. He was well-known for the patch covering the socket from his eye lost in battle, similar to stereotypical European pirates.
