Miao Ying, the Storm Dragon is a

Description[]
The Storm Dragon rules over Northern Cathay and commands the armies of the Great Bastion. Cold and aloof, she has held this position for centuries, after its defence was entrusted to her by the Celestial Dragon. Despite her power, the Storm Dragon has a significant task in the defence of the north, and her armies are almost constantly at war. Her vaulted position also means her father entrusts her with important tasks, some of which can put her at odds with her siblings.
Miao Ying is one of the most powerful of the Dragon Emperor’s children, and surrounded by an aura of majesty difficult for even great heroes to resist. Largely considered the favourite of their father by the other Dragons, the Storm Dragon lords over her siblings and when they meet often stands apart from them. Miao Ying may appear in either as a woman or in Dragon-form depending on her desire, and may even transform during the course of a battle.
Campaign Description[]
Realm of Chaos[]
"Grand Cathay is the land of the Celestial Dragon Emperor. Before the land was blighted by Chaos, the Celestial Dragon learned to take human form. To aid his rule, he took a mate, the Moon Dragon, and they had nine children who became noble rulers of Cathay's many provinces.
Of the nine, four have been lost to time and enmity. Miao Ying, the Storm Dragon, was the first born, given the honour of ruling the Northern Provinces and charged with Cathay's defense as commander of the Great Bastion. But the predations of Chaos grow, the Bastion is under strain.
The power of a god may aid in securing Cathay's borders. Perhaps there is an opportunity to lure the Storm Dragon into the Chaos Realms? I travel east to gain an audience."

Decently powerful in normal form while being a devastating single-entity in dragon-form, she has an edge over her other playable siblings due to a single factor: She has access to Life Bloom and Earth Blood. While healing can be easily obtained with items or the Von Carstein Blade, none of them allows the ability to heal units, making Miao Ying surprisingly powerful to lead armies composed of single-entity units such as Jet/Jade Lions, Teracotta Sentinels, Celestial Lions,... despite not specifically buffing them.
