The legendary hero Nuku Cho was a woman of few words. Her weapon had much to say, however, spitting flurries of furious bolts faster than thought.

- "Nuku Cho" may be derived from "Chu Ko Nu" (諸葛弩, Zhuge nu), a repeating crossbow from ancient China associated with the classical military strategist Zhuge Liang. Zhuge Liang was also considered as the inventor of a sky lantern, which was the basis for the Kong Ming Sky Junk.
