Ruined City (Grand Cathay)

Ruined City is a Grand Cathay settlement building introduced in Total War: Warhammer III. This building only appears when colonising a ruin and its only purpose is to transition to the first tiered settlement.

These structures lie in ruins. Nothing remains but destruction, ashes and the sorrowful taste of defeat.
