“ | Stoic in their misery, Nurgle’s mightiest slay and infect in the name of their foul and unholy master. | „ |
Samuel Ludenhof is a Warriors of Chaos Unique Hero unit introduced in Total War: Warhammer III with Champions of Chaos exclusive to
The Fecundites faction.
Description[ | ]
Those who walk their own path to excel themselves in service to Nurgle are destined to become His most exalted soldiers. With weapons sweating with necrosis, corroded armour, and shields inscribed with runes to ward away harm, they wade into battle as readily as they duel champions of rival Gods. But their true purpose is to inflict decay upon the civilised realms of the world, as harbingers of war-borne plagues in the frame of a mighty warrior. They are truly the grimmest of combatants, finding fulfilment in the horrors of battle and believing that suffering and misery are the natural state of life as expounded by Grandfather Nurgle.
Attributes[ | ]
Melee Specialist
- ▲ Armoured: Armoured units can block damage from any source apart from
Armour-Piercing damage.
- ▲ Armour-Piercing: The damage of
armour-piercing weapons mostly ignores the armour of the target, making them the ideal choice against heavily-armoured enemies. They are often heavier and attack at a slower rate though, making them less efficient against poorly-armoured targets.
- ▲ Poison Attacks: The
poisonous attacks of this unit weaken the target's speed and damage and/or apply the Poison! debuff.

Strategy[ | ]
The traits benefits are quite useful, since you'll be fighting against Humans most of the time. The diplomatic doesn't really matter, since as the Fecundites, you'll be fighting against the Empire most of the time.
