Scrolls of Sorcery is an attribute introduced in Total War: Warhammer III with Shadows of Change. A unit with this attribute will receive a new set of spells at random when casting one spell.
This attribute is available only to The Blue Scribes and they are available to 
Daemons of Chaos, 
Tzeentch, and 
Warriors of Chaos.

When this unit casts a spell, all of their spells will be randomly replaced by another spell.
