Shadow Legion is a Warriors of Chaos playable faction and a Daemons of Chaos minor faction introduced in Total War: Warhammer III. It is led by Be'lakor in both campaigns, but in Immortal Empires he's a legendary lord.
Shadow Legion/Be'lakor are free in Immortal Empires - they do not require any paid DLC to play as.

Strategy[ | ]
The Realm of Chaos[ | ]
The Shadow Legion will begin to spawn once a player has gained 3/4 of the daemon souls needed to complete the campaign. From that point onward, Daemon armies that emerge from chaos rifts can instead be armies of The Shadow Legion. Shadow Legion armies can consist of Daemon units from all factions. Most notably, they always tend to have numerous soul grinder units with them. (Around 3-6 per army). At this point, it is suggested to close any and all rifts that form as soon as possible to prevent a Shadow Legion incursion.
Immortal Empires[ | ]
You can have a large supply of Daemon Princes by corrupting human Lords. Other than that, Belakor is a tanky flying single-entity monster utilizing a decent Lore of Magic to debuff and destroy the enemies.
As the nearby Couronne, you're likely to be his first target, which can be quite hard to deal with. Try to destroy his Hellcannon as soon as possible. Recruit 2 Lords (Bretonnia has no supply lines upkeep) along with Louen himself to easily defeat Belakor in battle.
