==Overview== The trait will occur during a [[Chaos Invasion]] in [[The Old World]] and [[Mortal Empires]] campaigns. Shield of Civilization gives certain [[factions]] a big diplomatic boost towards each other, making them more likely to cooperate with each other against the threat of a Chaos Invasion. Factions put aside petty squabbling over land and resources, to fight for the greater good against Chaos. This makes it very easy for the player to create military [[alliances]]. Once the Chaos Invasion has ended, the trait will disappear, and the factions will resume their petty wars. In the [[An Eye For An Eye]] campaign, certain factions begin with this trait.
