Description[ | ]
The Northmen tribes of the Skaramor have long maintained an existence of constant battle throughout the Chaos Wastes. That they have rarely crossed the Sea of Chaos is a matter of choice; the Skaramor are devoted to claiming the skulls of the mightiest foes and offering them up to Khorne. The Skullreapers are the warrior-elite of the tribe, a blood-hungry caste even among a people feared for their wanton battle-lust. They are wrath and they are Ruin – howling, blood-mad reavers who fight and kill for the glory of Khorne. Few are they who can stand against them in battle, and countless are the skulls they have laid before the Skull Throne.
Attributes[ | ]
Dual Weapon Infantry
- ▲ Anti-Infantry: Anti-infantry units have an advantage against targets that are smaller than a horse. This advantage can be a damage bonus against small targets, superior weight used to smash through lighter enemies, or an explosive attack from range that effects a large area.
- ▲ Frenzy: Units with
frenzy cause more damage while their
leadership is high.

Strategy[ | ]
Skullreapers are the Pre-Wrathmongers meat mincer of the Khorne Mortal Frontline, you can send these guys ahead of your ocean of Bloodletters, Chaos Warriors of Khorne and Marauders, they have a higher model count than Wrathmongers but perform worse per-model and overall, they also perform far better than Dual Weapon Khornate Warriors but have worse armour, try and keep them out of sustained fire and use them as shocktroopers.
Skullreapers benefit from lord buffs quite a bit, getting more overall damage output through tech as well. They also have really good charge bonus and melee attack, allowing them to slaughter weak enemies and strong enemies alike. Their speed is pretty mediocre but that's to be expected from Mortal Khornate Warriors.
Skullreapers have the Frenzy passive ability, mentioned above. While over 50% leadership, they can benefit from lots of damage increase, basically meaning the Skullreapers are stronger all battle, strong in the beginning thanks to Frenzy and strong at the end as the enemy weakens and your forces swell with strength from kill/melee based buffs provided after a set amount of models in melee or damage done.
They are also the only base-Khorne mortal unit to have magical attacks (the others being the RoRs units; The Slaughterguard and Bloodwake Berserkers) which makes them a good option to have when fighting against enemies with Physical Resistance such as Daemonic units.
