Skulls is a unique resource for Khorne factions.
Gaining Skulls[ | ]

A Skull Pile.
You gain skulls by winning battles against enemies.
You can also gain skulls by:
- "Harvest Skulls" post-battle option
- Sending your army to Skull Piles
- Sacking a settlement
- "Skulls for the Skull Throne" option on defeated settlements

- Harvest the Slain - 200 Skulls (objective: collect 250 Skulls from Skull Piles)
- The Love of War - 600 Skulls
Spending Skulls[ | ]
- You may spend Skulls to Khorne with a special button on the top, which buffs your armies across the map.
- All technologies from the Khorne tech tree have a cost of skulls.
Unholy Manifestations[ | ]
Skulls can be spent on Unholy Manifestations, which boost your army. While Eternal War is available from the start, others require high amounts of Khorne corruption across the map to be unlocked.
- Eternal War
- Unlocked from the start.
- Spawns a small Khornate army to attack your own army (triggering bloodletting, giving you skulls, favour, and XP from the battle.)
- Call of Battle
- Requires 1000 global Khorne corruption.
- Gives an army +50% campaign movement range.
- Slaughter Incarnate
- Requires 2000 global Khorne corruption.
- Doubles an army’s skull gains from battle for several turns.
- Khorne’s Glare
- Requires 3000 global Khorne corruption.
- Disables a friendly army’s movement for several turns. At the end it razes the local settlement automatically and gives a massive number of skulls.
