The Advisor.
The Advisor is a mysterious agent of Tzeentch. He gives tips to the player regardless of which faction they are controlling, instructing them in various aspects of the game. Ultimately, his purpose was to goad the races and factions of the Warhammer World into a great war, throwing them into chaos.
He is shown with an image of a man wearing a hood.
History[]
The Advisor was formerly a Light Wizard who opened a strange book, seeking answers for the various threats that plagued his homeland. But he did not know that the book was cursed by the Dark Gods, and as he opened it, it cursed him to become controlled by the Changer of Ways. It also opened a way for the Daemon Sarthorael the Everwatcher, who took the form of a white raven.
In the Realm of Chaos campaign, the Advisor was seeking a way to be free from his cursed book, known as the Tome of Fate. Only a drop of Ursun's blood can break his curse, but ultimately the way to Ursun is in the Realm of Chaos. Someone has to kill and absorb the souls of the Chaos Gods' champions, to open a path to the Forge of Souls, and ultimately reach Ursun.
Even though he was initially mutated by the possession, he was able to change his appearance, allowing him to infiltrate any society.
Gameplay[]
If the player is controlling the Warriors of Chaos, he can be seen taunting the player, and then getting killed by Sarthorael, who challenges the player. From that time on, the Advisor will never again be used.
Trivia[]
