"A truer gathering of heroes has never been seen in these lands, save at the court of the King himself!"
- —Duke Theodric of Brionne, on the Companions of Quenelles.
The Companions of Quenelles are a Bretonnia Regiment of Renown. He who undertakes the quest must never flinch and never waver, until at last he finds the sacred Grail, and sups.
Description
The Companions of Quenelles were a small but elite force made up of Bretonnia's greatest knights. In the years prior to the events of the End Times, the Companions of Quenelles were a deadly force of Questing Knights, one of the very few Regiments of Renown in Bretonnia. Countless forays into the ever-dangerous realm of the fey bordering their homeland had honed these Knights’ skills, making them fearsome warriors indeed. Many more of the Companions possessed the Lady's divine Blessing, and had been granted protection against the dangers of fire and flame.[1]
Attributes
- ↑ Armoured: Armoured units can block damage from any source apart from Armour-Piercing damage.
- ↑ Armour-Piercing: The damage of armour-piercing weapons mostly ignores the armour of the target, making them the ideal choice against heavily-armoured enemies. They are often heavier and attack at a slower rate though, making them less efficient against poorly-armoured targets.
- ↑ Anti-Infantry: Anti-infantry units have an advantage against targets that are smaller than a horse. This advantage can be a damage bonus against small targets, superior weight used to smash through lighter enemies, or an explosive attack from range that effects a large area.
