Strategy[]
Overall, an average/good-tier landmark. While the resource production and public order increase are alright, the +5 growth for every provinces is the main selling point of this landmark. This will allow you to accelerate the growth slightly faster on the scale of the entire faction, making upgrading buildings easier. The garrison isn't that notable. If you're struggling with Sylvania and using this The Moot as some sort of holding point, 2 extra crossbowmen may come in handy assuming there're fortification building.
