The Grim & The Grave is a Lord Pack DLC, released on September 1st, 2016. This DLC adds Volkmar the Grim, Helman Ghorst, 5 units, 2 Lord types, and 18 Regiments of Renown (in total) to The Empire and the Vampire Counts.
In Immortal Empires (Total War: Warhammer III), Volkmar and Helman Ghorst were given their own factions; 
Cult of Sigmar and 
Caravan of Blue Roses. This change does not apply to the previous 2 games.
