Strategy[]
Probably one of the most useless landmarks because: Costing a whopping 13000 Gold, which you can spend on more useful activities such as upgrading buildings or recruiting units to your army. Higher Skaven corruption decreases control, so newly-conquered settlements are prone to rebel even more. Costing a precious building slot that you can build something to increase Hero capacity or other buffs. Under-Empires aren't that impactful.
