Description[]
The Dwarf Thunderbarge class of lighter-than-air warships hasn't quite been perfected yet, but that doesn't stop a few intrepid Dwarf Engineers from taking them to the skies. The bomb racks, cannons and swivel guns of these amazing flying machines can wreak devastation on any enemy battleline. Fortunately for enemies of the Dwarfs, few Thunderbarges have ever been constructed and it is hard to find Engineers insane or inebriated enough to fly such dangerous constructions. In fact, it is not unheard of for the warships to stow a few barrels of Bugman’s aboard to give the crew an extra dosage of courage when needed!

- ▲ Gunship: This unit relies entirely on missile attacks to deal damage and has no melee capabilities. Gunship-type units also:
- Attack ground targets from directly above
- Attack flying targets from range
- Have certain riders with infinite Ammunition
- ▲ Damage Dealer: This unit has a strong emphasis on dealing damage. If fighting it, make sure to take it out before it can get into firing or melee range.
- ▲ Fire Whilst Moving: This unit can fire while on the move.
- ▼ Always Flying: This unit is always flying and cannot land.

Strategy[]
The Spirit of Grungni is a summon that lasts two whole minutes, and so long as you summon it near the enemy it will wreak absolute havoc in that time. Malakai's early enemies are mostly Chaos and Norscan factions with little-to-no flying or ranged units, which means they have very little means of countering it. You can use the Thunderburner ability more freely than you could a regular Thunderbarge, since it will leave in 2 minutes anyway - just be wary of the turning speed debuff and make sure it's pointing in an optimal direction before firing. The Spear of Grungni ability is ideal for enemy Lords or other heavy duty SEMs. You can use Gotrek and Felix as bait to lure enemies into one place then keep the Spirit of Grungi above them to constantly bomb below.
