Those Savages! is a generic notification to inform the player of the spawning of a Savage Orc faction on the campaign map. The player is able to click on the magnifying glass icon 
at the bottom of the notification window to zoom on the spawning location.

The Orcs are coming... not the 'sophisticated' bunch that hang around in captured Dwarfholds, but the more 'rural' boyz that wander the Southern Badlands. Yes, a nomadic horde of extra-fighty Savage Orcs are close and could threaten your forces. Best be proactive against this lot before Mork (or Gork) leads them right into your realm.
