Unending Volley is a 
High Elves passive ability. It is gained when selecting the Break Upon the Walls skill from Eltharion. It is also available to 
Wood Elves.
Over centuries, some Elves become so steeped in bloodshed that fear itself abandons them.

- Cooldown: 25s
- Affected units: Affects allies in range(max: 1)
- Replenishes ammunition
